TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
The design pressure of compressed air receiver is 1.1MPa.working pressure is 1.0MPa, volume is 50L. The safety valve should be set 1.1MPa.
There are 12 outlets from the air receiver to different consumers equip with remote operated quick closing valves.
The inner surface of the air receiver is coated with tar epoxy paint. The control box is painted white inside and piping, surface is painted red .
After assemblying of air receiver, pipe and accessory, air receiver is to be leak tested at 1.25MPa for 5 minutes.
